For over 80 years, Fissette has been your specialist in Hi-Fi equipment repair in Liège. Amps, tuners, CD players, LED installations – we handle giving all your Hi-Fi devices a second life. Our technical expertise allows us to perform precise repairs on your equipment, even without schematics! Diagnosing the issue and sourcing the necessary components to get your devices up and running again are integral parts of our skill set. Fissette offers high-quality services paired with professional expertise and a warm welcome. We provide a 3-month warranty on the repair of your Hi-Fi equipment, regardless of the age or brand of your devices.

Fissette strives to complete your repair as quickly as possible. Repairs are almost always done within three, at most four weeks. All repairs covered under warranty are carried out by the manufacturer's own repair service. Otherwise, repairs are performed by Fissette's service team.

The devices will be received at the counter by a staff member. Upon deposit, a brief description of the device's condition may be provided. A repair receipt will be issued, including an identification number and a description of the device and the issue.

In some cases, and subject to availability, the customer may have access to a replacement device for which we require a deposit. (Late fee? Similarly, in case of damage, theft, or loss, compensation will be due, equal to the market price of the device.)

The repair timeframe, estimated in good faith, is provided as a guideline and does not constitute an essential condition of the agreement. The timeframe will depend on availability. For major repairs, a minimum timeframe of one to two weeks will apply. For smaller repairs, the timeframe will depend on the workload of our repair technicians.

The repair receipt must be presented to retrieve the repaired device. Any claims regarding visible damage to the repaired goods must be noted on the accompanying documents at the time of collection by the customer to be considered. Each customer has 6 months to collect the repaired goods. This period starts from the date the customer was notified. Once this period has elapsed, the goods will be disposed of without further notice.

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months. This repair guarantee applies only if it concerns the same defect and is not a result of misuse.

Quotation Before Repair: A quotation will be provided before proceeding with repairs. The standard fee for quotations is 30€, except for large parts (50€) and small parts (15€). This amount will be deducted from the repair cost. However, diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if no repair is conducted (at the client's request, if the device is economically or technically irreparable, or if spare parts are no longer available, etc.).

The customer sets the maximum repair limit. If during diagnostics it's found that the repair cost will exceed this limit, a quotation will be provided. Repair work will only commence after the customer's approval. For repairs costing up to 30€ for small parts and 60€ for large parts, the repair will proceed directly without prior quotation.

The prices mentioned in our quotations remain valid for 1 month. Our quotations are always subject to the replacement of any defective parts discovered during the repair process. In such cases, a second quotation will be submitted for the customer's approval.

We disclaim any responsibility for partial or total loss of the device's functionality if certain spare parts necessary for its repair are no longer obtainable.

Invoices are payable in cash upon collection of the repaired devices at the store.
