DELIVERY INFORMATION
Fissette offers you a reliable delivery service in partnership with Bpost to the address of your choice.
Inventory orders are shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your payment.
You will be notified by email the day your order is shipped and have access to tracking via the Bpost website.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total or weight of your order depending on the destination. They are free in Belgium for any order reaching €50 including VAT.
What are the permitted weights and dimensions?
National
A package can weigh up to 30 kg maximum. (over 30kg your package will be refused)
The following formats are allowed:
> The minimum format is 145 mm x 112 mm
> The longest face is a maximum of 1.5 m
> The total surface area of a package must never exceed 3 meters (1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x height = a maximum of 3 m)
A shipment automatically becomes a package when it exceeds at least one of these dimensions: a width of 230 mm, a length of 350 mm, a height of 30 mm, or a weight of 2 kg.
International
A bpack World can weigh up to 30 kg. The following formats are allowed:
> Minimum dimensions: 153 x 240 mm (i.e. the size of the shipping slip)
> Maximum dimensions:
> (1 x length) + (2 x width) + (2 x height) < 3 m
> largest dimension < 1.5 m
> “Roll” formats: length < 1.5 m and diameter < 400 mm
Where is my package?
Track & Trace informs you about the status of your shipment. You will need the barcode from the shipping label.
If you cannot find your package, contact Bpost customer service. You can reach him from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (tel. 022 012345).
What happens if I am not there when the postman comes to deliver my package?
In case of absence, the postman will leave a calling card in your mailbox.
You or a third party can pick up your package within 14 days (delivery day not included) at the post office or post point indicated on the delivery notice.
You can also request that the postman come and present the shipment a second time to the same address by submitting your request online via the following link: www.bpost.be/nouvellepresentation.
Damaged package and/or equipment
Any problem or complaint relating to the condition of the packages and materials must be communicated to us in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) within 24 hours of receipt. Complaints will no longer be accepted after this deadline.
